We are holders of the Advocacy Quality Performance Mark.
The QPM is the UK’s only independent quality performance mark for organisations offering independent advocacy and is a recognition of our excellence in providing advocacy services.
The award relates to all our advocacy services including our IMCA work.
We are registered with the Fundraising Regulator to demonstrate our commitment to the highest standards of fundraising. We have signed up to the Fundraising Promise and to the Code of Fundraising Practice. If you wish to complaint about as aspect of SAtA's fundraising, please see our Complaints Policy.
We are members and attendees of the Solihull Safeguarding Adults Board and also sit on the Prevention Sub-Group.
